are there any fees associated with a health spending account (HSA)?

yes. at next benefits, we are able to set up your HSA for free, just use the link. there will be no ongoing cost to maintain a HSA account. we only charge 10% of your claims on a pay-as-you-go basis. this structure gives you the best flexibility and lowest cost. 

can i split the cost with employees?

no benefits plan is effective it is unsustainable. if it is not possible to pay 100% for the plan, it is common for businesses to split the cost 50-50 with employees using a deduction off of their paycheque.

do all employees have to join?
